The Hearts of Wild Grace Society

Early experiences taught me the particular ache of not belonging, and planted in me a deep hunger to understand connection and what gets in the way of it.

I spent many years showing up for everyone while quietly keeping my own heart at a safe distance. It wasn't until my late forties that the loneliness of that arrangement finally became louder than my fear. Slowly, I began to open, and, “magically,” the women who would show me what friendship could actually feel like appeared. That opening changed everything.

I bring that journey into every gathering I hold. Trained at the Santa Fe Institute for shame-based studies, The Couples Institute, as well as in somatic practice, and, most recently, in transformational facilitation with Wondr, I have learned what’s supportive of my own healing. And now, yours.

When a woman engages with me, she leaves feeling seen through non-judgmental eyes, heard by a heart that genuinely wants her to win, and carrying a clearer sense of who she is and her right to be exactly that.

I believe everything is energy. That we co-create our lives alongside a Divine Intelligence conspiring in our favor. That what we desire also desires us. And that with the right connections, a woman can navigate conditioning, expectation, and spiritual blocks with more ease and grace than she ever could alone.

I am living proof of this. I'm here to be a gentle guide and compassionate witness. To hold the space, ask the questions, and walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself.

Be Wild Grace.

For most of my life, I moved through the world quietly. Capable, caring, and careful. Careful about who I let in. Careful about how much I let myself be seen.

I was 51 when everything changed. A single decision, signing up for a somatic course about my relationship with food, opened a door I hadn't known was there. On the other side wasn't a technique or a strategy. It was permission. Permission to stop figuring it out alone. Permission to let healing arrive in small, receivable pieces, in the company of others doing the same.

That class also brought me two women who would become some of the closest friendships of my life. For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to show up exactly as I was — unguarded, unedited — and have that version of myself not just accepted, but cherished.

I was 51. And it was the first time.

That's the thing I hold close: it's never too late for a woman to find her people. It's never too late to discover that your body already knows the way home. It's been waiting for you to trust it. That your needs are real. Your wisdom is real. And that living your fullest life isn't something you earn in isolation. It's something you grow in the presence of people who see you.

What I most want for you is simple: to leave here feeling held, loved, and a little less alone than when you arrived. Not fixed. Not pushed forward. Just received.

That's what I wish someone had offered me sooner.
That's what I'm here to offer you.

Feel Wild Grace.

In 2018, I walked away from the family business.

It wasn't dramatic. It was quiet, and necessary, and long overdue. My eldest son had told me, months before, that he didn't like who I was becoming. Those words landed somewhere deep, because I already knew. I had been losing touch with the higher expressions of myself. The woman underneath all the titles. Underneath all the conditioning. Underneath everything I had been told, and had agreed, to be.

That was the beginning of my untangling. My remembering.

It took time. It took the kind of women who would stand beside me in my messiest and most liminal seasons; women I found through my coaching education, a select few who connected with me in a way I hadn't known before. Women who would call me forward when I was diminishing myself. Who would hold up a mirror when I couldn't see my own essence. Who would pick me up when I had forgotten what I was made of.

That kind of friendship changed everything I believed was possible.

Here is what I know about women: we give and give and give. We fulfill expectations that were never our own calling. We take little to no time to discover what we actually need, what we desire, or how to ask for it. We don't rest. We rarely dream or play. And somewhere along the way, we forget how to receive.

Healing, I've learned, doesn't come from information. It comes from being truly witnessed. From women who will honestly tell you how you've impacted them. Who refuse to let you make yourself small. Who believe in your becoming even when you can't.

That creativity, that circuitry between women, is one of life's most precious experiences. And it is what I am here to tend.

When you leave a space I've held, I hope you carry something you didn't walk in with: the felt sense of being seen. Of being understood. Of being held with enough safety that your curiosity — about yourself, about what's possible — has room to breathe.

You are not behind. You are not broken. You are sovereign.

Your process has its own timeline. Trust it.

Embrace Wild Grace.

No need to hurry. No need to sparkle.

No need to be anybody but oneself.
